Annie's Attic Consignment Policy

* We accept items that are in excellent condition (no stains, no tears, no missing buttons), and the items should be no older than the past 3 or 4 years.

* There is a non-refundable, one time consignment fee of $20.00, payable ONLY by cash or check. 

* No items are accepted from discount department stores (such as Target, WalMart, KMart).   Old Navy and Gap merchandise is selected at our discretion. 

Merchandise is accepted by appointment only , unless you have an established consignment account with Annie's Attic (in which case you can drop off items on Saturdays, between 12:00 and 3:00pm).   We accept appointments Tuesday through Friday, from 10:30 until 5:15, and we accept one Saturday morning appointment. 

* Merchandise must arrive at the shop CLEAN and ON HANGERS .  The only exceptions to this rule are:  handbags, shoes, scarves, belts, jewelry and blue jeans, all of which can be neatly presented in shopping bags.    Hangers will be returned upon request. 

* The consignment period is 60 days and the consignor percentage paid is 40% of selling price.  A check is mailed to the consignor within 2 weeks of the expiration of your account with an inventory of what sold.  Any remaining items are donated to transitional housing / mentoring programs for women.  The ONLY exceptions to this rule are:  leather / suede clothing, cocktail items, designer items of higher value (i.e. St. John, Misook, Missoni, Marc Jacobs, Diane von Furstenburg, Lilly Pulitzer, etc).   Designer handbags may also be returned.
